Ownership: All prompts, images, and text content on this website are the property of Sparkling Prompts.
Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts to generate your own AI art and content.
Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from:
Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the prompts themselves as a standalone product.
Copying our prompt library to create a competing service.
Claiming ownership of the original “prompt text” provided by us.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your purchase.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the product.
5.2. Digital Assets: Due to the digital nature of AI prompts, we ask that you contact us if you experience any technical issues or if the content does not meet your expectations. We will resolve your issue promptly or provide a full refund.

5.4. Processing: All refunds are handled through our payment provider, Paddle, and will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
